   - Cluster Headaches: Extremely painful, these occur in cyclical patterns or clusters and can be triggered by alcohol, smoking, or changes in sleep patterns.


2. Secondary Headaches: These are caused by underlying medical conditions. Some common causes include:

   - Sinusitis: Inflammation or infection of the sinuses.

   - Head Injuries: Trauma to the head can lead to headaches.

   - Medication Overuse: Frequent use of painkillers can lead to rebound headaches.

   - Cervical Issues: Problems in the neck, such as herniated discs, can cause referred pain.
