1. Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide: Mix a small amount of baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to create a paste. Brush your teeth with it for a couple of minutes and rinse thoroughly.


2. Activated Charcoal: Gently brush your teeth with activated charcoal powder. It can absorb stains and is believed to help whiten teeth. Rinse well afterward.

3. Coconut Oil Pulling: Swishing coconut oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes can help reduce plaque and bacteria, potentially leading to whiter teeth over time.
