Our teeth is the second if not third impression to our good hygiene care, so some out color may give out some bad vibes_

Here are some popular home remedies for teeth whitening that you can try:


1. Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide: Mix a small amount of baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to create a paste. Brush your teeth with it for a couple of minutes and rinse thoroughly.


2. Activated Charcoal: Gently brush your teeth with activated charcoal powder. It can absorb stains and is believed to help whiten teeth. Rinse well afterward.
